Program Overview
We partnered with 10 Barrel Brewing Co. to bring their “Drink Beer Outside” ethos to life through a pair of multi-day experiential distributor events in Bend, OR — blending brand storytelling with immersive, outdoor-driven experiences. Our team produced a winter program for 100+ guests featuring a nature-inspired dinner in the snow, beer pairings, and adventure activities like snowmobiling and visits to Mt. Bachelor accounts.
Eighteen months later, we reimagined the experience for summer, transforming the expanded brewery into a cinematic dining space surrounded by 36-foot beer can walls and live entertainment, paired with activities such as whitewater rafting, small-boat fishing, and a custom golf tournament. Together, these programs strengthened distributor relationships, brought the brand’s adventurous spirit to life, and reinforced 10 Barrel’s position as a leader in authentic, experience-driven marketing.
