Program Overview
We produced two half-day Meta summits — one at Hudson Yards (NYC) and one at Meta’s Los Angeles HQ — each uniquely designed to reflect the event’s theme, audience, and environment. Our team led end-to-end event production, from creative concepting and budgeting to design, A/V, catering, and on-site execution, delivering a polished experience aligned with Meta’s brand vision.
Across both venues, we managed all logistics and operations — including accreditation, security, staff coordination, and sustainability compliance — while maintaining real-time visibility through detailed production timelines, live budget tracking, and registration reporting. The result was two flawlessly executed events that seamlessly combined precision planning, creative storytelling, and operational excellence to engage Meta’s top industry partners and advertisers.
